On arrival at the scene officers came across a Russian couple, names unknown, who stated that as they were walking along the beachfront, two ladyboys on a motorcycle came by and the frocked passenger snatched the woman’s shoulder bag and quickly drove off. A report was made and a search is on to find any ladyboys riding motorcycles.
